Best PFD for kids?

I have a 4 and 1 year old. What have you guys found to be the best/most comfortable PFD for kids?

I have tried a few. I prefer a tight fitting zip up and strapped neoprene type jacket. My son (5) seems happier wearing this because it doesn't ride up.

Having two girls I will say that it helps if the have two straps the go between their legs. With one it always ends up in the wrong place.
