Why would an obvious high net worth person risk jail and ruin of his business to help collect a $27K debt owed to someone else? It does not add up. Wonder what the rest of the story is.

There is something to be said for "Street Justice".
If the story is true as it reads I bet the next time he tries to screw someone out of money he will think twice.

"Street Justice" gets done by a guy from the streets. One guy, not five. Because when five guys named Todd, Blake, Caleb, Zachary and Kerry try to dole it out, well.... you get what you have here. Guys named Vinnie or Duke can handle the kind of bit you get for torture and kidnapping. Guys named Blake and Caleb will be braiding hair.
