Well I finally got a chance to see Miss Bud Run this weekend in Winter Haven, Wow the most impressive thing I've seen since watching my son being born, I was anchored in the first turn, and for the first time I felt I was to close to the course, I actually stepped back in my boat when it came into the turn at 140 mph. Cool as ****!!!!!!:cool:

An impressive sight no doubt,the closest that I have ever been is standing on the farthest out dock at Detroit Yacht Club.We were watching the boats come down the back stretch setting up for the Roostertail Turn!We got wet from the spray.Jimmy King (Driver U8 Miss Lumar window Film) drove Grand Prix inboard boats(Orange Crush,Batten Performance,GP2 Pleasure Seekers) that my father a I crewed on in the late 80's and up to mid 90's.
