Nice 442!!
That's something to be proud of.
Years ago a friend of mine had a 70 Olds Rallye (sp?), looked just like a 442 but it wasn't. His was yellow with black stripes, same hood and shifter. Looks like the same interior too. Drove it a few times, cool ride.

that 442 looks awesome. I just brought my 1970 Buick skylark home from hybernation of 14 yrs. finally have my own pole building to work in.
parents bought the car for my 16th birthday in 1983 for $275!!!
had the engine rebuilt in 1985 as well as the body repainted for a high school graduation present.
the car had been from one barn to another since college years,(friends of dad doing favors) and then left out (i think) for a couple years. looking a little rough now. been thinking about getting rid of it... but my 4 year old calls it his car and we sit in it twice a week!!!!!
this 442 project has motivated me to keep it another 10 yrs and restore it with him.
Luckily my dad felt the same way and I have a 1937 Ford Fastback - total original car with 53k miles READY TO ROD!!!!!!!!!! that he bought when he was 18!!
so what if the skylark isn't a rare stage 1 or even grand sport. It's mine, and full of good memories.. I mean GOOD memories!!
she still winks at me every night......(the wife that is....)
