So how does the buyer "opt out" of the purchase? Does he loose a huge deposit?

Keith Atlanta 01-11-2017 05:28 PM

He was like"screw that deposit, nobody even likes my boat"

LOL, then he opts out after there is a huge thread on OSO on how "it had more left in it" and 6 pages of people saying the interior looked hideous.

No, I'm sure Skater just said "oh don't worry about it" :D

That interior has to go.........

Alcantara- It's like shag carpet for a new milllenium.
Alcantara- For when you want your cabin to look like an updated porn set.
Alcantara- Real cowhide has no place on a boat, use fake cowhide to cover your vessel.

The retail price tag of the boat, the way the interior was received, compounded with the owner bailing - I personally would have sent the boat to Appearance Products for a new interior prior to Shipping to Miami... this boat was built to a single person's taste.

A custom built boat that is appealing to the masses are the boats that sell. Easy example, EVERY boat Ron aka Flight Club builds sells because they are appealing inside and out, and it's to the point he sells them prior to delivery

So why not send it to Miami as is, let the interior take the wear of the show, and provide an allowance for such for the NEW owner?

It's not horrible as is, and 10-1 odds it goes overseas before the show is over.

Agreed.

While it is not my taste it is not the worse interior I have seen. It shows just fine and also agree this boat sells before or at show and heads out of th states.

Yeah, it's better than that new Fountain that had JCWhitney seats at first. Thank goodness they redid it.
