Boat ramps at Loto around Captain Ron's

Looking for some suggestions for good boat ramps that maybe in the area of Captain Ron's that will work for 43' boat.

Thanks

Best off to use the ramp at PB2 for a 43

Red oak has a ramp that will work and is very close to captain rons.

Rick...I'd second Griff's answer. PB2 is probably the best ramp for a big boat and there is a MASSIVE parking area for your trailer. Just be SURE to bring chocks for your wheels...it's not the most level of lots. Also...there are no piers...so it can be a bit of a trick to get off the trailer without an extra hand.

And hope someone doesn't "borrow" your chocks while the trailer is there. Twice now over SOTPR I've had someone remove the rocks I find/use to chock the wheels to chock their trailer's wheels. A$$holes!

Thanks to all for your replies.
Mike, we have used PB2 and Performance Marines ramps, both are very good ramps. I agree, no dock makes it a little tricky for those of us that are spoiled by that.

I looked up the Red Oak resort ramp and that is real close as mentioned but looks like it is between covered slips. Is that practical to launch 43 footer there?

There isn't any kind of courtesy dock at Red Oak although you might use the end of a covered slip in a pinch . Put my 34 in and there was a longer trailer parked nearby.

What 34 do you have? Going bananas or the orange flame 34?

The flamed one that was in Cross Bay
