383 Strokers how much$ ?

Can anyone tell me roughly how much it would cost to turn a stock sbc into a stroker?

Summit sells the 383 kit for 1099.95. So that is a place to start. A rebuilder could just assemble it all for you.

I had about $5700 into mine, I used some better parts for realibilty.. The onlt stock part is the block :D built a whole new motor used nothing form my old 350 mag. 88 hrs on the 383 at 5300 rpm this year :D :D
