Default Don Aronow 30 years gone!

On this Friday, February 3rd will mark the 30th anniversary of the murder of Don Aronow........Not to get into the mystery of that day, but to think of what the
future would've been like had he not perished, but lived to complete his dreams.............We know he had plans to get back into racing with new design plans
for USA racing team..... What would've evolved in racing and design if he had lived?.....Certainly, we'll never know for sure, but curious to know what you think?
not much at all?...........or maybe many more successful boat companies such as the 5 he started and then sold....your thoughts on if Don Aronow lived?

Michael Peters had a great editorial in Power and Motoryacht about Don in the Feb 2017 issue.

Guy was a month short of being 60 when he died. I figure he would have had one more home run (new boat, new brand, etc) and would have retired by 2000 (age 73). Guy is surely a legend but the building/selling companies and reopening on the same street under a new name trend surely would have gotten old.

Sorry about the last photo of the 27 Magnum being upside down.

Old boat racers can find their way acroos vast expanses of empty ocean.....BUT we can't figure out how to get a photo to load right side up...Sorry.

It would be great if Michael Aronow would weigh in also, I had the pleasure to converse with him via e-mail in a combined effort to have Don Aronow receive hometown recognition in Sheepshead bay Brooklyn, NY
with Michael's help we pushed for a street renaming "Don Aronow way" in his honor in front of his home and birthplace..........the chamber of commerce voted it down, but we will not give up and we will see this through!
