There's a switch on the helm you engage before starting

The billet push buttons are the only ones I can use because they are waterproof, about the control module I will have to ask if it can take the environment.

If you want to ditch the keys in the dash, put in a set of toggle or push button starts and have a single removable key hidden by the battery switches.
That is how my boat is set up.
When I board the boat, I open the access hatch to the battery switches, insert/turn the key on, and dash switches are now active.
Ignition toggle switches turned on, momentary on/off toggle to start each engine.

I spoke with Bruce at Digital Dawg and after all the questions he answered I decided to order a set for my boat. All the Safety, durability, and compatibility issues were addressed and I think this will be a good setup. After I have them installed I will let you guys know how it worked out.

If you still have to carry something with you, why not just carry a key?

Just wanted something different and I like the looks. Been upgrading everything in the boat for the last 7 months so why not this too.

Sorry, what does that mean, they will be programing the modules to accept the same fob.

Back in the days in my old commercial parasail days.

Typical day working ,driving, towing, flying parasails when all of a sudden the boat would stop start missing , eventually stalling.

You rip into the fuel system 1st assuming no fuel.

Next check for spark. Ummm no spark .

Lesson here. Always check for spark 1st in the event of motor stalling.

Turned out keyed ignitions don't like keys with floats and crap hanging off them bouncing around in a boat for a 1000 hours
