Do a quick search there have been a couple threads on it concerning where to locate the block plugs, size socket, etc.

pull your water circ pump hose, let drain and then lower the front of the boat as far as it can go / or raise the stern, it will surprise you how much antifreeze will drain,

before any of this drain the reservoir first off. Also make sure you capture all anti freeze because its very harmful for animals and people plus you can then measure how much old anti freeze actually drained out as well. This system holds 19 qts, of anti freeze or even 20 qts. The spec is 19 qts per Merc. .

There is a hex plug on each side of the block about 5-6" rearward (toward the stern) of the motor mount. Unscrew these and the block will drain.

When reinstalling the plugs, clean the threads of the plugs with a wire wheel and then I like to put teflon paste on the threads as well

Question: Prestone/AC Delco 50/50 Dex-Cool pre mixed, no water to add right ?

I meant to add, do not get confused, it is NOT the big 17mm hex drain that is in front of the motor mount on the port side. You do not need to pull this. These drains are smaller (i dont know the specific allen size)
