Hand held spot lights on a boat- What do people have?

I have a permanent mount spotlight on the top of my Sea Ray that is controlled by a joystick but it is sometimes hard to use if I just want to light up the water to look for the reflection of a buoy or look at what may be something floating in the water. I want to get a hand held LED spotlight but not sure what is the best bang for the buck. West marine has a 250-Lumen hand held on sale for $15. Is this a good deal? Or is there something that is better?

That looked like a good find. I ordered one for myself!

This is what I keep on the boat for any night time scenarios.

I have a "cheap-o" that I got at like Farm and Fleet - it connect to the "lighter" for power. In the 10+ years I have owned it - I've used it maybe 3-4 times. It works for me. If I was on a larger boat and had need for more use - I would definitely look at a battery powered self contained unit with a bunch of lumens.
