Liquid Technologies sl44 Cigarette Style performance boat

I like it. No wood to rot, deck to seperate, gel coat to spider, screws to back out etc.

Little bit of a storied history but I've heard it runs well. It's the second one built I do believe. The first one could not get dialed in and was destroyed. Then I heard someone other than the original builder was going to produce more but that didn't pan out either. Anyway, I've seen it in havasu. Cool boat.

A guy in Oregon was the original builder/designer of that boat. He had Tres Martin run the boat at the Portland Poker Run back then to help set it up running 525s. It was a nice looking boat in person but I never saw it after that and always wondered what happened to it.

What does it really run like? Is it heavier or lighter than a glass boat?

I just bought this boat minus power but with the exhaust and #6 drives. The last owner neglected it, I'll be doing a complete makeover this winter.
