I peel it every two years when renewed. I found that if you leave the stickers on there, they get very weak from exposure and can be a pain in the a$$ to remove cause they break apart. When newer they peel off easier.

Peel and place the new one over a fresh coat of wax so it peels off easier next time...

In NH, the stickers are a pain the a$$ to get off. They are designed to break into small pieces and the glue $ucks .Sticker removal could easily take an hour or so to do it right. So, I came up with a solution. I went to my local sign company and had them cut some clear vinyl pieces just larger than the stickers themselves. I think 10 of them cost me less then $5.00. I put the vinyl down first and then apply the state sticker over that. In the fall, at end of season, I just grab the vinyl and peel off. It is now a 2 minute job.

I'm really surprised this is even a topic. If I had a 1980s Jon boat maybe I'd just put on on top of the other

Seriously, this is lame! If you have any pride in your rig at all, you peel em off.:bananalove:

They just want to brag about how many year's its been that the repo man hasn't bothered 'em! Floridiots do it too, probably the most.

I own a sign shop, so stickers and glue removal is everyday life for me. I stack 3-4 years and remove all at once and start fresh. I also make a ton of registration numbers cause there is nothing worse than seeing a 100k plus boat with Walmart mailbox numbers on them. I'm not advertising though, get out there and support your local sign shops.

Love it.... people can't read a simple direction on the envelope the sticker comes in, but they're allowed to operate a vehicle. And vote
