Super Sweet is all put away for the winter. I'm doing my cruisin these days in a combine. So it's great to see those pics.

I lived in Navarre back in 93-94, and Crab Island is one of the coolest places I have ever been boating! We have friends that live on Cinco Bayou, the waterways are just beautiful!
It just gets a little cold in the winter time though!;)

compared to Wisconsin, I don't think the dead of winter is even cool. Hell we're suppose to only have highs in the 40's the rest of this week......:(

Fred~ You are exactly right!! And the people down there are soooooo nice!! Everywhere we went it was like people had known us, like we grew up together!! Store employee's, waiter's, waitresses, you name it...it was soooooo refreshing to meet nice people (especially, after dealing with so many airport employee's lately)!!!
And anyone who plans on visiting Destin.....GO TO "OLD BAY STEAMER'S"......OMG talk about AWESOME!!!!!

You are very welcome! Thanks for posting the pictures and the nice comments on our house... we love it! We have only been here for a year and a 1/2 ourselves... we feel very blessed!! We love this area!
Plenty of room here when you guys decide to make the big move south... and as someone who moved here from the great white north not to long ago.. I have to say I will take our "worst" winter day over the "best" winter day we ever had in Michigan! :D

Shanna and Allan have been "lurking" I know they were going to look at the thunder run pictures last night... not sure if they have actually joined yet... but we'll ask them!
