Default Image of the Week: Lake Winnebago Beat Down

Proving that even a relatively small lake can get rough with enough wind applied to it, https://speedonthewater.com/in-the-n...bago-beat-down.

That looks bigger then 3 to 4 footers, Lake Winnebago can be a very rough water lake when the wind hits it.

Winnebago can kick up pretty quick because it is quite shallow, most areas top out at 14' maximum. I have seen conditions go from glass, to 4-5 footers in a few hours. It can be very interesting, because you can run up the river for lunch, and come back to the lake with some nasty conditions. I love it!
