2017 Flight Club Skater Fest.
 

I can't believe I haven't heard anything on here about Ron Szolack's Flight Club Skater Fest which is set to be roaring down the Detroit River on Saturday July 15th. These beautiful and fast Skaters from all across the U.S. should be coming down the river from Lake St. Clair around 12:30 or 1:PM on their way to the Ambassador Bridge. Once everyone gathers under the Ambassador Bridge they roar back up the Detroit River into Lake St. Clair to their next stop, around 1- 1:30PM. If you love speed, being on or by the water, the roar of a bunch of High Powered Skaters ROARING up the Detroit River you should make it out either by boat or watch from the shoreline. This is up there with some of the best Events on the Detroit River, if not the best so get out there and enjoy this once a year event around this area and thanks Ron Szolack, Flight Club and all who take part in this great event. Skaterfest is August 4-5

Hey Andy. The run is first weekend in August every year, i cancelled the run this year due to the fact I'm getting out of the bar biz. I want to do something different next year.

I got the wrong information from someone. Skater Fest has been one of the great events on the Detroit River and I am going to miss it. Wish you all the best and thanks for putting on Skater Fest over the years for us boat junkies. Andy

Let's run to Bimini!

You better bring the CC for that or fuel will be an issue. Just buy Ron's Fla house and you can go to Bimini every weekend. :band:
