Tires can be had for $100/ea. shipped on ebay, Walmart installs for $8 ea. And a swim ladder installation isn't $2900. Gotta get away from the dealers, you'll get soaked. If that trailer is rough and isn't aluminum, it's probably rusting, most definitely rusting on the axles anyway and the brake calipers are probably FUBAR. I'd keep looking. This is a good time to buy as deals can be had from owners who don't want to incur the cost and aggravation of winterizing and storage.

Going to call Ed about David Davis doing a survey. Will probably have it shipped instead of trailering it. And not worry about tires and no time at the moment anyways. ( Health issues with my father)

It was $700 from GSC for 6 new tires installed, so that wasn't out of line. The difference in price was the actual selling prices for each boat, not the listed prices. That's why the 2003 much better optioned boat is $3800 less. GSC adding on to the listed price of the 2005 and the 2003 much less than the listed price.

33 All the way

Bigger cockpit, bigger cuddy, faster, better handling hull.

Thanks everyone, going to have the survey and if everything turns out, will own a 33OL. Might have the swim platform repainted before its delivered. Need opinions on color but no green. Matching yellow or purple, white, or something else.

I'd go purple so the colors flow better.

Good looking ride. I agree with Griff on going purple on swim platform. Darker colors show less dirt and wear and tear on those aluminum platforms. Ed is good peeps so if he's had eyes on the boat you'll get an accurate description of its condition.

I don't like the dark green, but someone mentioned lime green. But I see what you mean with the purple around the back sides. Is paint or powdercoat better?
