454 mpi value??????
 

whats the value of a 454 mpi engine complete except bellhousing? maybe around 900 hours, rpobably 1/4 of that idling , runs great, regular oil changes, fresh water only. trying to decide if i should sell complete or use the accessories etc.

I'd say around 3k. There is one with 512 hrs on FB for 4k.

If you are putting a performance engine in it's place, I would keep this one. 1 for back up and 2, more importantly, for when you go to resell.

its a twin motor boat so a back up isnt going to be any good with 330 hp on one side a 700hp on the other. i'll never sell it , ive owned it since new and i'll own it til i'm dead. but thats good practical advice. just looking to see how much this project is going to bankrupt me and how to recover a few bucks. thanks
