Checkmate's as I remember had a stylized side profile, not flat, and also not as much free board.

If it's not a formula 3 ls outboard maybe its a four winns liberator made into an outboard. The no side windows in the cuddy and low windshield make me think it may be a liberator

4 Winns is a good possibility also, has that deep free board and side profile that they utilized.
