Randy Kent has a ton of those covers on LOTO. My first one was on a 2008 350 SS Formula. Have one on my 340. All of them on LOTO are under cover vs in the sun all day. I know he is selling a ton of them in Fl like yours. Mine on the formula was still in great shape after 6 years. And mine over the 340 is now about 5 years old, and still in great shape. be interesting to see how they hold up in full sun vs under covered docks. They are awesome covers.

Mine is new as of June of this year. Was wondering how it would hold up. Have u ever waterproofed again? I had mildew inside the cover cleaned it with a remover and sprayed it with one shot mildew preventer. Has been fine since

Never water proofed it again. Since we are under cover that is not a problem. Also never got enough mildew inside to worry about it. Minor mildew on the inside of the cover started showing glimpses after 3-4 years here, and a little mildew spray takes care of that. My guess is it is around a decade cover here after seeing where my 350 cover was after 6 years, and where my 340 cover is going on 5 years. But I'm betting in full sun you won't get that. If you are getting a lot of moisture causing mildew you may want to keep a fan going underneath, or maybe a few buckets full of charcoal.

Mando,
I live on Turkey Point Island and I see you live down by RR Marina, Germantown Rd I suspect.
I have a Blue 39' on the South River, surprised I haven't run into you this summer.
Congrats boat looks great. I would be interested to see how that cover works with the track system, I just had a full cover made for mine and it's 2 piece and a ***** to put on by yourself.
Hope to meet you ,
Patrick

Default Question??

Looking to get into my first CC and am considering a NT 340 with 350 Mercs.
Anything I need to know or be aware of on a purchase like this? Are there any motor issues I should be aware of?
Thanks!!
