I would think a boat like that will need a special buyer so putting it up for sale is just a way of marketing the boat as the owner still uses it. Like Apaches, the older boats no matter how updated they are become tough to finance/insure so the market is small for them. It came out beautiful but it certainly would look odd to see that boat without 5-6 hot women on it and just a couple dudes out running a poker run.

Maybe I'm wrong as I don't study prices very often, but that seems like a pretty good deal for a world famous 46' Skater that's been completely re-done with top of the line parts throughout.

I'm not wrong that it's still in the top 3 of my favorite Skaters ever and would be a dream boat for me!

Why spend all that time, energy, and Money just to sell it less than a month after completion.

You never know... Win could be looking at the boat like Ron and his Skaters - as in that fact that they are for sale. If they don't find a new owner, they get run and enjoyed.

If someone is willing to pay the $$$, I am sure Win/family will come up with another beauty to put on the lift (he has a helluva track record so far)

Chris and I put tons of time and money into the rebuild exactly the way we would want it if it was ours. Whoever buys the boat will get FAR more then they paid for.

Somebody buy it before I do!!!
