My husband and I just purchased our second 42’ Fountain Lightning but usually he doesn’t let me use the bells and whistles... we just boat! I want to actually settle in this time and I have a few questions I can’t figure out...can anyone help?

1- water for sink... does anyone ever actually use this and how/where do I fill the tank or know if it’s full of antifreeze right now?
2- bathroom appears to have a porta potty with a small hose chilling on the ground next to it not connected. Why do you think it’s not connected? The porta potty was clearly used before so do you think they literally carried it in and out or is there a reason it’s disconnected?

The water tank is in the engine bay. Typically the freshwater fill is in there also right above it. No clue on the hose next to the porta potty
