GPS speedo recall
|
yea I'd be happy too if I was doing 90 while spinning the motors at 800 rpm. But you better twist that right throttle and get that motor in sync.
|
WOW! 90 MPH at 7-800 RPM.
What drive ratios and props and rpm. |
OK guys, gps speedo recall at idle.
5600 on the limiters turning 32 Labbed Bravo I's with 1.50 ratio XZ's I'm thinking 2-3 more MPH. |
rod, that is awesome
i want those in my 38:rolleyes: :D scott |
Hey Scott,
How are you guys doing up in the great white north? Did you find a boat? We sure had a great time at the run this summer. Dwight |
Congrats ! BUT , why is your water temp so high ?? 170-180 ? I hope thats not what it runs is it ? Best of luck ,JOE
|
dwight,
just sold the fountain last week, no new one yet. computer crashed shortly after run lost addresses, pics etc. let you know when 2003 run will be. most likely july 12. scott |
Joe, yes, the water temp is close to that high. We are using 160* t-stats and recirculating pumps.
Scott, I think I can fix you up. I'll be back in the office sometime tomorrow. |

Actually, a running temp of 180* isn't a bad temp---engines make good power when they run warm. My engines temps (on plane) are between 155* and 170* while running a 160* thermostat.
