Re: support boats for the New Orleans race

If anyone would like to pre-register to be a medical or sweep boat for this race, you can fax some info. to me at 305-743-5761.

To pre-register, I would just need your name, etc. and basic information about your boat. You would, however, STILL HAVE TO COME TO REGISTRATION AND SIGN UP once we get set up in the pits.

It sounds like we're going to have a good turn-out of racers, so we will need a good support group of volunteers.
We are going to need people for the Wed. race (Nov. 6th) and the Sunday race (Nov. 10th) and a few medical boats for testing days.

Since I'm an old , washed up racer, I might just have to go back to being a support boat.
We will see what happens as far as racing next yr. but I know of two boats as well as myself that are planning on going to the Big Easy & just might like to help out.
Dave H. knows the two others well as they have handled NYC, NJ and Key west for several yrs.
I'll work out the details & let you know.

Save that "old & washed up" story for someone who will believe you.
Great to hear you'll be there and the "angels" will be glad to hear your bringing in the troops.
J.C. and Deana are already there and they have promised me that the rain will be gone by the time we get there.
