I SAID WHY.......HE SAYS I THOUGHT IT WOULD BE A LOT HIGHER....OK PAY ME MORE

When I spoke to Ike about his apache
same thing, I told him I thought he would want way more cause for what it is it SHOULD be worth a butt ton more.
Basically in a few years, if he still has it, it WILL be mine!!!!
(please have it in a few years please please please)
would be tough to finance somehting that old so that becomes the issue

then I keep the title but that is the plan, still investing and investing in the house and saving my ass off but im trying.
if not, Ill just pick it up from whoever buys it from Ike.
