The police in Miami actually had the boat almost the whole time and the boat shows in brand-new condition. The titles are clear. NWPC bought the boat from a friend of mine up here in Washington several years ago. My friend bought the boat through a broker on the east coast at least 5-6 years ago and everything was legit. Really interested to hear how it performs with the new power.
