I've had my 1983 Velocity 30 to 94 with stock HP500's.

I have to assume you are talking Dominator SS. As the original Dominator is not that fast with said power. It takes 600+ a side to get solid into the 90's with the original Dominator hull (in my personnel experience). Those speeds even seem a little optimistic with the SS hull, but I have no personnel experience with the SS hull. Just heard there a couple MPH faster on average.

Hot Boat Article from 99 shows Phantom 34 @ 88 on radar, I would think with newer prop technology and setup this boat would be a contender along with the gladiator.
