Need help with prop selection (Donzi)

Trying to get my 01 DONZI 32zf set up with the right props.
01 32 ZF
2009 Etec 250's 30in shafts mounted on the second hole
14 3/4 21P Rebel props
Max rpm's 5000 @ 50mph optimal rpm's should be 5600-5800
light load
Looking for top speed.
Any help would be great! Thanks
