Props spinning in neutral is usually an indication of warped clutches in the transmission. A little rotation while idling in neutral should be ok. I'm talking rotating not spinning with the engine.

Ok, but I was thinking when the engine is not running. Should it be hard to spin the props by hand? Should there be a resistance on the TRS drive?
