That is just plain stupid and ugly!

If it's retouched, they did a good job. The rims match on the far side.

That photo may be touched, but I swear someone makes wheels like that. A couple months ago, coming home from work I saw an Impala, with those wheels on it. The car was lifted about 4-6 inches to fit them under. I almost hit a bridge abutment I was staring and laughing so hard.

You never know what you are going to see in Downtown Detroit.
