Poor Workmanship @ PRI

Need help from any member that has had problems in the past with PRI's service, whether it's warranty or a paying problem. Any comments about legal problems with them would be appreciated too. Jim

I've dealt with them for a number of years selling them parts. I've never had any problems, or heard of any real complaints about them.

I had PRI do a large engine and rigging project a couple of years ago. To make a long story short, I ended up spending $40,000.00 in legal fees in a lawsuit to get them to do the job in timely manner. In addition, my boat was tied up in litigation for almost two years because PRI had my boat during the duration of the project and lawsuit. I retained local counsel in Columbus, Ohio. I fought them tooth and nail. Don't let them hold your money or your boat hostage. If you have any legal problems concerning PRI, please let me know.
