New Cigarette Project Coming
After being involved in two new Cigarette builds over the last eight years we have decided to build a new 42X. Project actually started this past September with acasual conversation with the folks from the Performance Boat Center during the Lake Cumberland Poker Run ( PBC, participation does pay). After working directly with the team at Cigarette racing on two awesome builds we're super excited about this new boat. With the dream team of Cigarette and PBC this should be a fun ride.
Thinking about starting a build thread similar to "Dream Boat" and "Project X". Assume the mods will want this in the Cigarette forum (please advise). Will be doing several factory visits along the way and taking a lot of baby pictures as the project progresses. Up first, graphics and interior.
Details to come but will say I was very intrigued with Mercury Racings new Dual Fuel 1350 QC4v engine. After flawless / turnkey performance from our last 1100 QC4v package combining the best of both worlds seems like the thing to do.
Stay tuned,
Cheers

Following! Hey, wait a minute. This has to be fake news. JS says Cig doesn't build I/O boats anymore!

Looking forward to following the build.. Don't know if it's an option but I always thought it'd be cool to have underwater lights on the backside of the steps.
