Is it typical for GFM to charge a % ( fee ) Ive not done this before, but there was more debited from my account than the pledge, really no big deal, glad Pete and others are okay, and a speedy recovery for the pilot.

This is the first Go Fund Me account I've established but yeah, there is a fee. (That's their business model, right? We know they're not in it for their health. ) If memory serves, it's 2.3 percent.

I saw your donation go in—I get notified via email every time someone donates. Thank you so much for your kindness and generosity. We're at $7,200 and change at present.

Yes, it auto charges 2.5%, you have to manually set it to $0.00 or whatever it is you wish to give GFM as support. That option is just below the amount you want to donate tab.

A "tip?" Dear lord, you have to love sales and marketing speak.

Thanks, Speedy, for your generosity.

I really enjoy browsing Pete's work on here and I'm happy to help in a small way to get him back up there in the sky asap.
