48" Scale Cigarette model
I am going to sell my 48" scale Cigarette. I bought two of these fiberglass hulls in 1985 in Miami from a hobby dealer that I knew well. He believed that they were from the Cigarette factory but I have no provenance on that. They are definitely early Cigarette hulls by the design and details molded in the hull. They were originally baby blue gelcoat. I gave one to a friend shortly after I bought them. It has scale German manufactured outdrives with electric motors. I patterned my 73" Cigarette hull after this design. I had a thread on the large one on OSO years ago. It had twin scale Merc #6 outdrives counter rotating with 26cc two stroke gas engines.
