Not like Good Old Orange County Huh? Boyscouts walking old ladies across the streets (Or maybe they are dating) Everyone is always Giving (The Finger) People stop to let you walk across the street (Shooting you midway across doesn’t scratch the car as bad) The Girls act like Ladies (Of the Night). And everyone has something exceptional to say (About themselves) Yeah, we keep it interesting. Do you miss us R.G.???

I live in Aventua....it's really North Miami Beach. I wonder why they named it that. Whenever I say "I live in Aventura" people ask me where that is? cb

I will have a place in Pompano or South Boca within the next 2-5 years if it kills me.

It's like av for average, vent for venting, tura for tourist. Therefore: average venting people that need to go home. The summer is better than winter. To many peeps. What do you think? cb

i was actually at crobar in south beach on friday nigfht and it was OK but not really my scene. Tons of hot ladies (but WAY too many fruitloops and crossdressers). I'd much rather preffer a place on the water with live music where there are just as many hot ladies without the rainbow coalition syndicate....

So up north towards lauderdale seem like a better place for me. I might be wanting some apartments guides in the near future. I prolly looking more for a small house as opposed to an apartment becasue my dog is too big for most apartments. How are marinas down there? Expensive??? I can;t imagine its any worse than NY. It woudl be even beter if I could find a house right on the water

Talk to Steve David, he is in the real estate buz down there. I think the office is just north of Lauderdale, Super nice guy and very helpful, sorry I don't have his number on the top of my head, but I'll probably see him in Key West.
