ive had my fill of jl , there digital amps suck , spend more time limp mode than they play . got three in my closet , 1200 /1 , thing wont play 5 minutes without limping .. im swapping over to wet sounds ,

My JL system has been flawless and the sound is incredible with only2 600 watt amps. My buddy has wet sounds and it’s super loud but the definition is less crisp. The tower position has a lot to do with how well the sound is projected also. |

Surprised to hear that. As a large JL Signature Dealer that installs hundreds of digital amps a year we have not seen many issues. If installed with proper cabling and adequate battery power they are usually very reliable. If you do not want to have the issues with the digital amps the analogs versions are less effected by low voltage. Been on some wet sound projects as well. They play loud but not near the level of sound that JL has. JMO. |
