Dubai based...? Good looking boat, but I wouldn't have one , no matter how cheap.

Skater, mti, & Doug Wright are built here... that used to mean something to most, and still does to me.

I can also appreciate a Ferrari for the same reasoning I have for the Victory boats - long race credit of winning. Also the more players in the cat market actually racing keeps the sport interesting, innovation happening (speed/safety) and when there are more options to buy from - the pricing remains competitive as well.

Obviously they are selling b/c they race very well - even Geico hasn't abandoned their boat nor the leased Victory Hull.

Also don’t these boats come to the USA just as a bare hull and deck and get finished here ?

the more competition the better we dont care where our cars are made so why should we care about the boats? 5 yrs ago you could buy a 32 dough right for 90k and then rigg it and paint it. now the same boat is 450k and its hard to not see someone is getting fat off the boats. how much were the 400s? 25 ea so 50 + 90 + interior and a 8k trailer and you've like 158 and a 10k paint job minus 450k.. a lot of profit so there is going to be others seeing and saying the same thing.
