OPA has the best schedule this year. Sbi has only one confirmed race. Don’t know anything about this rwo. OPA seems to be very strong right now. These other 2 should work with them and get in unison

Would rwo or opa follow the current high speed milling circle format or would they go back to actually getting out of the harbor and going offshore??

I think they’ve moved the races closer to shore for spectator reasons. Hard to have spectators when boats are out of sight.

Pretty much this.

Why would I travel to go to a race I cant see. I love the old videos and I get the "draw" of the race but from a spectator view it is a terrible idea.

I can assure I would pass on going again if the entire format moved offshore and out of view. At that point it would be like going to the keys on any given weekend but paying even more to stay the night.

Idea

Streaming Video from the helicopters to big screens if they go offshore? Fans can see the action live

F1 races I go to only allow the cars to be scene when they pass, rest of the time you are watching screens.

I went to RWO web site and it doesn’t have any races listed for this year.

So if they get KW they will be a one race organization? How will that work?

Is it possible that Key West is the only money maker event for a sanction body ?
