Key West or Miami Boat show run can both be great, just on different scales, different times of the year, both coincide with other cool events (boat show/races)

1000 islands just because of where it is

The BVI Poker Run looks pretty cool also

Something at LOTO (maybe shootout week) and something at Havasu

Boyne Thunder seems to be a huge hit also.

Great thread - thinking of sending my boat back east - towards home. Would like to hit the A-bay run and a few others in the NE.

If your going to do Boyne you should register ASAP. I just did last week and it was pretty much sold out.

Boyne is badass but unless you sponsor or have been going for years the likelihood of you getting a slip is slim to none.

This is not necessarily true, if not on the main dock you will most likely be put a short walk around the bay which is literally a step into town. They will not promise you a slip but you will most likely have one. They marina also just put in a new dock this year.

100% go to LOTO...poker run or not. And even on the roughest day, if you know how to drive, a 33 v-bottom will be fine.

Had a great time at Thunder Run last year...if you are local, you can't beat PIB for a destination.

Boyne is awesome.

Destin is awesome.

But...I know you said it's too late for this year...hit Tickfaw next year. Best Poker Run I've ever done.

I would also consider the Battleship Run on Seneca Lake NY. It has been going on for a long time with a great bunch of people and a beautiful location!
