FJ has made wax molds of B1 prop blades in the past, and when you hold the wax mold up to each blade sometimes you can see light between the mold and some of the other blades. I'm sure if you talk to the folks at FJ or Bblades they can give you a good background on their experience of how dialed in B1 props out of the box are.
Its surprisingly common.

Props done. Unfortunately it will be a few weeks before I get down to the lake to give them a spin. Looks like nice work though.

Hillmarine is where I got mine years ago. Let me swap them out like 3 times for free.

Prop came yesterday. Looks good. All blades look the same (to naked eye). Cup is consistent on all blades. Not that I'm looking to swap props but Rothwell had on the receipt that you can switch props for $50 with their test program.

Thanks everyone!!!
