describe your testing procedures in full details and what leakdown tool are you using , a good quality tester and in good condition ? And are you sure you are at TDC all the time ??

Like another post mentioned do a compression test and you can always do a running compression test as well and intake vacuum testing

also what is the MAP pressure reading thru out all the running rpms ??
