how to resize pics

I was going to put my boat in readers rides but my pictures exceed the size limit. Can someone tell me how to resize them :confused: THANKS!

use a image editor program to get the file size and pixel size
no greater than 75k or 640x480
search for a free program image editor
I use Photoshop but microsoft has a few that may come on your machine.
