Default 382 Formula props

Questions about my 2005 382 Formula. Going to try a set of borrowed 28p 5 blades in place of the 26p 5 blades that came off of the boat. 525 EFI, Bravo XR, no boxes. Any thoughts?

try them
I predict 250-300 rpm loss and maybe 1-2 mph increase

I had the exact same boat including power, drives, and no boxes.
Tried all types of props. By far 28p 4 blade Bravos were the best. I sent them to BBlades for lab finish and a little tweeking, and they did everything great. Top speed, mid range, and getting on plane. I had A/C and Gen as well.
Good Luck
