Does anyone have any suggestions on how to clean a boat?

I just hose the outside down and wipe down with some detail spray after every use.

Like a rabid anal dog in search of that sole spec of chit that dare land on my prize possession!

A bit overboard, but it works for me. Some say I am not normal, some might be right.

More to the point here, if you are not happy with the result,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, you need to get back to work.

Wash then apply hydro silex.... repeat another application of hydro silex then purchase the silex wash and your done dealing with anything. Want proof....

For everyday clean/touch up, 50/50 vinegar and water. Works wonders and cheap.

Will look up that hydro silex.

I like the Maguire's "cleaner wax". Anyone else like a product like that? Great for getting the slight black staining that rolls out of the cover....

Do you use the Marine stuff or just the recharge. This seems so much easier than my 3 stage oxidation/polish/wax process
