Default Converting to a pleasure boat

I'm thinking of converting my Platinum from a full race boat to a pleasure boat. Who is the best at designing and performing the actual conversion. I'm looking for something that will allow four to five people with a removable top, any ideas?
Thanks Chris

Take it Skater. They built the boat and it would probalby be the least expensive option also.
