Default This is why we boat!

My daughter has been on the water since she was 9mo and chilling in the cuddy of our MCOB. This weekend she kept saying “faster, daddy” until we were running 65 while she had the wheel.

This is why we do it. Priceless memories.

Pretty cool but in Maryland that's illegal without her taking and passing a boaters safety course first.

It's illegal in Virgina too, but we all do it! Hell 2 years ago my 5 year old and I got pulled over on the jet ski because he was driving.

Kids are never going to learn if you start them at 16!!

And you’re daughter is likely a better pilot than 90% of the idiots I see.

We were terrorizing Sandusky Bay at 13, on our own and no one died.
Me in a 8’ hydroplane I built and my buds in 13’ Whalers.

We used to anchor bumpers for turn markers and have oval course races.
At 13, I was the oldest 😉
