Performance boat center has their old race boat with Ron's big and badass Sterlings in them. The ones he had in flight Club 3 yrs back.

That should be a fun boat to watch.

Theres not a lot of info or pics of the Draken boat. Sounds like there from Norway. 35 ft CC with trip 450R's. Looking forward to seeing it.

The expediter screwed up. They have to put the finishing touches on it when they get there tomorrow pm.
Sure hope it is worth all their efforts. Total mileage over 4000 miles.

How do you screw up so bad where you send a boat/trailer to another country? (UPS and similar carriers not withstanding) but a hauler??

they pulled the plug on it right around 3, I’m assuming rain was the issue, they said the course was still closed.

Not many boats ran, nothing real fast. They either aren’t here, aren’t running, or planned to run later and didn’t due to the drowning.

Around 2:30 we saw water patrol and USCG shoot over to a boat about 20 down from us. Apparently a young guy was laying on a swim mat and went under...friends noticed he was gone awhile after. His body was found by divers around 2am. Sad situation, could happen to anyone.
