What do you want to know? The first race isn't until Wed.

How many boats are there?

..my guess is it's too early to tell now..better idea by tomorrow (Tues) afternoon..

1st race Wed
2nd race Sun

..I heard there should be about 26 P-class boats attending...

Funny you ask. The only way to know that number is to be at the registration desk when it closes and count the entries. Until it closes, it's anyones guess.

I have heard 65-70 boats so far, got off the phone someone a few hours ago. Tom

Also, did we decide when the OSO party would be? I think the last suggestion was Pat-O's in Jax Brewery, but don't hold me to that.

kaama when are you going down. we will be there fri nite, did any body figure if where we are meeting sat nite.i posted the race map on the other n.o. sbi post.its been raining for about 3 weeks here , forcast looks better later on in the week.prob going to be cold on the water.

How about Margaritaville on Saturday night as per the other thread?

I was going down Wednesday AM, but I had too much fun last weekend. (Just changed the bandages again a few minutes ago :D ) I am going to spend the night in Jackson on Thursday, and come down friday AM.

If anyone sees me laying on the sidewalk, please point me towards Margaritaville Sat. Much appreciated. Anyone going out on the water during the day that might have room for two? Would love a ride if at all possible. Thanks.

65-70 Boats?

Just spoke to Ryan Beckley at 3:45(Tuesday). He said there was about 40 boats. Typhoon and Gecko are the only Factory1 boats. Since registration closes today I doubt that # will get higher than 45.

I hear 45 too. I hope the rain stops.

Clear and sunny right now in Houston. Should be clearing out of NOLA any time now!

Weather forecast for Wed. is 65 - 70 deg., 15 - 20mph NW winds.

Will be coming across lake, should be there 'round 10:00. Orleans marina Wed. night, Pier 5, slip 20. J 'Y Vais. Will be lookin' for a party!:p

About 14 hour drive and we made it. Put in at Bonnable ramp around 2:30 and got a nice shower to the marina. It finally stopped raining around 4.00 but looked like it was going to dump any minute but didn't. Quite a few boats came out for a last practice until dark.
kathycool they moved me over to slip 18 because someone was in mine, See you there. Doug
