Multi Battery Isolator Question

I posted in another thread earlier today that my DC main power was running directly from the battery to the breaker and then to the DC panel. So when I had both of my battery switches completely in the off position my 12 volt cabin accessories still work. Many pointed out it didn’t seem right and could be a safety issue which I agreed. This boat has a Sure Power 2703 Battery Isolator. So I started looking closer and found this...https://cimg0.ibsrv.net/gimg/www.off...e751a585e5.png
Am I looking at this wrong or would this have the dc power bypassing the battery on/off switch?

Master Battery switch off cabin should be dead.
just place lead to master switch after, not before.
