Need insurance for 22 Liberator with 450R

NEED HELP !!! I have a customer wanting to buy the new 22 Liberator with the 450R. He can't find insurance. Is there any company that insures the super fast cats that may insure it? Wozencraft is going to get back to me. The guy has a speeding ticket. Boat has unlimited rating. I have put twin 300's on these.
